When I login in game (JUST THAT TIME), that player told me that I am a Hacker, she told me that I didn't accepting her pvp invitation and I won without doing anything, but when I look my PVP STATUS, there was no points even 1.

Let us don't spoiled any player,
this player is need to PUNNISH by ACCUSING WITHOUT any PROOF.

Let's be serious, why would you report someone just for calling you a hacker? You have to ignore this kind of players, the week but assumptive type.

Problem is, it can affect his game-play. If people are calling him a hacker, and people decide to listen to the guy who accused him, it might be a big problem. It could be really hard for him to find some friends. Just Imo.

BTW. Thats common to the player especially when they're defeated. That was so called REASON.
