New skill bagi SPLINTER bugged !

Skill Splinter does not appear in my tree of skills, it seems that she is behind the Blast. Splinter have bugged? what should I do? please someone or any GM help me

Try to put it down in your skill bar and try it out. It might be only an illusion. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the game. And even, if that ain't gonna work, it might be a bug.
