Mail problem

I tried to pm the GMs in game, but none of them answered. A friend of mine sent me something from Dshop, but I can't open the mail. This is how it looks.

it may be that your friend wrote his name wrong

And what am I supposed to do? He doesn't want to waste his coins and I don't wanna lose that item....that item= wings

sigh look at the ss properly....it shows 1 unread mail(which is the item) but u dont see it there on the list..so writing the wrong name isnt the issue here

Yes yes good observation, I was not aware of this detail. In e-mail box shows [1] therefore the item is there but the player can not see, it is probably some kind of bug the GM needs help him because he is not guilty

I repatched, but nothing changed =.=..... I really want those wings T.T

since ur not at fault or the sender u just gotta wait for gm to reply...am sure they r very busy making the server better

your EG files have a problem you need to re extract your EG files again then wait for the automatic update...
